THE B.A. WAY

HISTORY

Ryan Johnson opened the first B.A. Burrito location on Copeland Avenue back in 2008.  His vision was to combine bold flavors into a tortilla instead of sandwich bread, thus creating signature entrees, mainly in the form of burritos, but also available in other variations.  Ryan's vision grew into multiple locations, but one goal remained constant:  provide a great flavor and customer service experience to all guests!

In December of 2017, Paul and Debbie Hosch assumed ownership of the B.A. Burrito Company.  They share Ryan's love of creating tasty entrees, thinking outside the box, and philosophy of customer service.  There are now three B.A. Burrito locations in La Crosse and Onalaska, with possible expansion to other communities in the near future!

Two words that you don't see together very often, but at B.A. Burrito, they're words to live by!  We are always looking for new flavors, and new combinations of flavors to put in our canvasses made from tortillas.  But we don't limit ourselves... we can put the same ingredients into other forms that still explode with taste!
