B.A. Burrito is a fast, casual restaurant serving up make-your-own and unique, signature burritos, tacos and fresh side dishes. Established on Copeland Avenue in La Crosse in 2008, B.A. Burrito is the culmination of founder Ryan Johnson's great love of the burrito and his vision to serve it up right, using both traditional and a few wild card ingredients.
After spending some time in the food and restaurant industry, Ryan meticulously developed his B.A. Burrito concept, perfecting every last detail from the basic menu items to the signature B.A. Burrito food preparation (Mex it up baby!). His tireless enthusiasm to share these big ol' burritos with attitude paid off, and a second B.A. Burrito location opened to the delight of adoring fans on Losey Boulevard in 2010.

Each burrito is prepared by mixing, or Mexing as we like to say, the ingredients in a stainless steel bowl. The Mexed up ingredients are then rolled up in a steamed tortilla shell spread with your choice of salsa or dressing.

So whether you're craving a traditional bean and rice burrito, or you're feeling adventurous enough to try our Spicy Buffalo Chicken burrito, or our Wisconsin Steak and Cheese burrito, or our Memphis Style burrito (Really the options are endless!), we guarantee you'll find fresh, high-quality ingredients in every bite.
